My order has not arrived? 

If you think your order has been lost or delayed please get in touch with your order number and we will looking into. Please note orders typically take 2-3 working days to reach you from dispatch confirmation. 

Can I customise my order?

Yes! Whilst we currently don’t offer this option in our shop if there is something specific you like please get in touch and we can arrange this for you. 

Do I need to be in to receive my delivery?

Our boxes are letter box friendly and fit through most letterboxes so you don’t have to wait around for delivery.

How does delivery work?

We’ll aim to dispatch your order within 24hrs of payment (Monday-Friday) and notify by email you when it leaves our facility. Our shipping providers will aim to get your products to you within 48hrs.

How much does delivery cost?

We’ve made things real simple and included FREE delivery on all orders!

We deliver to most postcodes in the UK. 


Subscriptions

So how do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are completely flexible and you can subscribe to any of our products. You can also skip deliveries, update your delivery address, cancel your subscription, or perform a multitude of other actions with your subscription at any time.

How do I pause/skip my deliveries? 

If you would to pause or take a break from your subscription please get in touch with a member of our team and we’ll be able to pause your subscription on your behalf for as long as you wish. 

How can I change my delivery frequency? 

To change your subscription frequency, you will need to cancel your exiting subscription and re-subscribe with your preferred shipping frequency. 

How do I cancel my subscription? 

To cancel your subscription please login to your account, select My Account, and then Subscriptions. From here you can cancel your subscription by clicking Cancel Subscription. Alternatively you can get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to do this for you. 

How do I update my payment information?

To update your payment information please login to your account, select Payment Method, and then Add New Payment Method.

How to I update my shipping address? 

To change your subscription shipping address, you will need to cancel your existing subscription and re-subscribe using different shipping details. 


Product Information

What is your packaging made from?

Our packs are made from a minimal amount of post consumer recycled METPET film which ensures our products reach you in the very best condition. We are working with our packaging suppliers to make the switch to a fully sustainable/compostable material as soon we can.

What’s the shelf life of your products? 

All of our products have a shelf life of 6 weeks after production.

How should I store Plant Made products?

Store Plant Made products in a cool, dark place like a cupboard or pantry and you’ll be fine until the use by date.
